Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

ABOUT THE MAGAZINE
Revista Infoacceso, with ISSN 2311-7605, is a Peruvian journal on Science, Social Science, and related fields. It is published quarterly in April, August, and December. Revista Infoacceso publications are in electronic format and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution -NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 Peru License (CC BY-NC-SA).
The Journal accepts original empirical and theoretical works in Spanish & English that are related to Science, Social Science and related fields.
Submissions from the Research Articles and Original Articles sections will be peer-reviewed and reviewed by the Panel of Referees; all other submissions will undergo a technical review process by the Editorial Board.
The Editor will inform all authors via email about the results of the evaluation and acceptance of the submitted works, and will also send a preprint to them for their approval before publication.
Accepted works will be published through our website, using the Open Journal Systems (OJS).

PREPARATION OF SUBMISSIONS
Format:
Font: Times New Roman 12-point.
Margins: 3 cm.
Spacing: one and a half spaces

Pagination:
 Numbered consecutively at the bottom right of each page.

Images:
 Tables, graphs, and formulas
The tables and graphs are numbered consecutively.
The tables do not include colors.
They will have a title and a source.
The title is typed outside the image.
The formulas are captured as images.

Structure: The works will have a structure according to the section to which they belong.

Qualification:
In Spanish and English.
Brief and should not exceed 15 words.
Include study location, frequency, or methods.
Avoid starting with question marks.
In all caps, centered, and bold.

Summary:
In Spanish and English, except for the sections: reviews, bibliographic reviews and library images.
Use a maximum of 150 words.
Exclude quotes and mathematical formulas.
It will be written in an impersonal style.

Keywords:
In Spanish and English.
It will be titled as keywords and keywords, respectively.
Maximum 5 descriptors.

Epigraph (optional): Phrase or quote related to the work.

 Introduction:
Describe the problem under study.
It presents the background information related to the work.
Include the study objectives.
It addresses the theoretical basis.

Methodology 
Written verbatim.
It includes three subtitles.
Techniques and sources : Techniques are the means used to gather information. Sources are the documents or facts that provide information.
Materials and methods
Population and sample : The population is the set to which the element being investigated belongs. The sample is a portion of the population.

Results:
Written in both textual and graphic form.
Describe the findings using the tables or graphs used.

Conclusions:
Brief presentation of the study findings.
They will be supported by the data presented.
It is written in text form and without bullet points, if it includes several conclusions.
It does not include personal opinions. 

Acknowledgments (optional): Acknowledge the support of individuals or institutions for the research. 

Bibliographic References:
They must be listed.
They are arranged alphabetically.
Written according to APA 6th edition style.

The works will be sent to editor@infoaccesso.org with the subject “Submission of work” and in electronic format, in a Microsoft Word text document (.doc / .docx) or Open Office (.odt).
In your submission, please include the details of each author (surname and first name(s), work or academic affiliation, address and email).
