Legal Protection of Vulnerable Groups: Examining the Role of Association in Accordance with Law 12-06 relating to Associations

The protection of vulnerable groups is one of the most important issues addressed contemporary legal systems, including contemporary legal systems, and this study aims to shed light on the various groups that suffer from legal Vulnerability which exposes their rights to violation.
Since protection is no longer the exclusive domain of the state, this study highlights associations as one of the most important civil society organizations, on the one hand, and as a complement to the state's efforts, on the other.
The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach by Examining the legal framework, regulating associations, protecting vulnerable groups, analyzing relevant constitutional and legislative texts while comparing them with some international standards.
Among the most important recommendations is the need to strengthen the legal framework regulating cooperation between national and international associations and bodies.
