Abstract

The participatory of citizen is a requirement for the moralization of civil society, this type of participation is regarded as a high form of democracy. It has been included in all Algerian constitutions, from 1967 to the constitutional amendment of 2020, which institutionalized this concept through the National Observatory of Civil Society (NOSC), this Observatory oversees civil society actors, moralizes their practices and prevents the corruption in their civils activities.
