Abstract

Cultural systems are a key approach in contemporary literary analysis, aiming to reveal both explicit and implicit meanings within the text. This study examines their formation and density in the novel Ana wa Hayim by Habib Sayeh, adopting an analytical strategy that probs underlying significations through close textual reading, therby uncovering a network of conflicts structured by multiple cultural systems.
