A Clinical Study on the Effects of Ayurvedic Rasayana Therapy on Healthy Aging

Healthcare providers are now focusing more on prevention and holistic ways to address the growing number of age-related health conditions around the world. Traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) provides a rejuvenation technique called Rasayana therapy that can help you live longer, feel more energized, and stave off the effects of aging. The current research takes a clinical look at Ayurvedic Rasayana therapy and its potential to promote healthy aging. utilizes a mixed-method clinical approach that centers on measuring the psychological and physiological aspects of aging in a specific age range of participants. Dietary and lifestyle changes, in addition to standardized Rasayana formulations, were given for a certain period of time. Using established evaluation instruments, we tracked vital signs including immunity, cognitive capacity, physical strength, and general well-being. show that the participants' general health significantly improved, which included their immunity, stress levels, metabolic function, and mental clarity. Without negative side effects, rasayana therapy showed promise in promoting holistic health and reversing degenerative processes. An essential tenet of Ayurveda, the study also stresses the significance of tailoring treatment plans to each patient for the best possible results.
