Persistent stress can adversely affect students' mental health, academic performance, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. In recent years, mindfulness practices have gained considerable attention as effective, non-pharmacological approaches for promoting psychological resilience and reducing stress. Mindfulness involves intentionally focusing attention on the present moment with openness, acceptance, and without judgment, enabling individuals to respond more effectively to stressful situations. the relationship between mindfulness practices and stress reduction among university students. A quantitative research design is proposed using a structured questionnaire to assess students' mindfulness levels, perceived stress, and psychological well-being. Data may be analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression techniques to determine the influence of mindfulness practices on stress reduction. The study also explores whether regular engagement in mindfulness activities, such as mindful breathing, meditation, body scanning, and mindful awareness, is associated with improved emotional regulation and reduced stress levels.
