Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from a random sample of 98 citizens using a newly developed Public Services Scale (PSS) and a Quality of Life Scale. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression via SPSS. The findings revealed a significant predictive power of public services on citizens' quality of life, accounting for 8% of the variance, F (1,96)=17.12, p<.01.
