Leadership styles play a critical role in shaping employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness in modern workplaces. In contrast, transactional leadership focuses on structured tasks and reward-based systems, which may enhance short-term productivity but limit long-term engagement. Autocratic leadership may lead to quick decision-making but can negatively impact morale, while democratic leadership encourages participation and collaboration, contributing to higher job satisfaction.
