Abstract

Organizational culture plays a significant role in influencing employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall organizational performance in the modern business environment. Organizational culture refers to the shared values, beliefs, attitudes, practices, and behavioral norms that shape the working environment and guide employee interactions within an organization. A positive and supportive organizational culture helps organizations attract, motivate, and retain talented employees, while a negative work environment often leads to employee dissatisfaction and high turnover rates. the relationship between organizational culture and employee retention by analyzing how workplace values, leadership practices, communication systems, employee engagement, and organizational policies influence employee commitment and long-term retention. on important elements of organizational culture such as teamwork, leadership style, work-life balance, recognition systems, career development opportunities, workplace communication, and employee well-being.
