The rapid advancement of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed the creation, production, and appreciation of art in the twenty-first century. Digital art, once limited to computer-generated graphics and multimedia installations, has evolved into a dynamic field encompassing virtual reality, augmented reality, generative art, algorithmic design, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), immersive experiences, and AI-assisted creative practices. Artificial intelligence, particularly through machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models, has introduced new possibilities for artistic expression by enabling the generation of original images, music, videos, sculptures, and interactive installations. These technological developments have challenged traditional notions of creativity, authorship, originality, and artistic ownership while expanding opportunities for innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
