Ayurveda, which is a traditional medical practise that originated in India, takes a comprehensive and all-encompassing approach to the treatment of women's health with the intention of promoting overall wellness. The application of Ayurvedic principles, which are founded on an understanding of an individual's constitution (Prakriti), imbalances (Vikriti), and the interaction of the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), can be used to both promote general well-being and address a variety of health concerns that are specific to women. Krakriti is the term that refers to the constitution of an individual.
