This study examines the role of entrepreneurial communication in enhancing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial accompaniment within Algerian universities. Using a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from 200 final-year students and supervising faculty at Badji Mokhtar University of Annaba and Amar Telidji University of Laghouat. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS confirmed the validity of the measurement model (χ²/df = 2.31; CFI = 0.943; RMSEA = 0.061). Results indicate that entrepreneurial communication explains 45.3% of the variance in accompaniment effectiveness (β = 0.673, p < 0.001). Interactive communication emerged as the strongest predictor Based on these findings, the study proposes the Communicative Entrepreneurial Coaching Model (CECM) to improve the quality and sustainability of entrepreneurial support.
