Keywords:
Supportive leadership, skills development, teamwork, knowledge sharing.Abstract
The study aimed to examine the impact of organizational factors on knowledge sharing from the perspective of employees at the Central Library of the University of Jijel. A non-probability convenience sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaire to 40 employees of the library under study. For statistical analysis, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v.26) was used. The results of the standard multiple linear regression analysis revealed a positive impact of organizational factors on knowledge sharing in the library under study, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 78.2%. This impact was attributed to supportive leadership, skills development, and teamwork, whereas knowledge sharing was not affected by the motivation strategy. In light of these findings, recommendations were proposed for the management of the Central Library under study.
