This study examines the effect of organizational justice on psychological and occupational burnout among healthcare personnel at the Sidi M'hamed Ben Ali Public Establishment for Proximity Healthcare. It considers three dimensions of organizational justice: distributive, procedural, and interactional justice. The findings indicate that applying organizational justice across all three dimensions helps reduce psychological and occupational burnout among human resources.
