The development of knowledge and the progress of nations are attributed to rigorous, refined scientific studies built on a methodological step. These studies serve as an approach adopted by the researcher, starting from (scientific) observation all the way to generalizing conclusions. This simplified study, titled "The Reality of evaluating the Cognitive Aspect of Secondary School Pupils before Engaging to Practicing School Sports and Physical Activity During P E session" focuses on understanding the content of educational sessions.
By relying on the descriptive-analytical approach, we shed light on the reality of assessing the student's cognitive aspect through testing and measurement tools implemented in the diagnostic assessment session before practicing school sports and physical activity during physical education and sports classes in secondary education. This enables the teacher to subsequently develop this vital aspect, thereby designing teaching-learning situations specific to each domain (physical and psychomotor), led foremost by the cognitive aspect.
