In accordance with the methodological requirements of the research topic, its two variables, and the proposed hypotheses, the study adopted a descriptive approach using statistical methods. A total of 53 questionnaires were distributed to a purposive sample of Algerian startups. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. The findings revealed that organizational commitment contributes to strengthening and developing the competitive advantage of startups, particularly in the areas of operational processes and activities, innovation, and the development of products and services. However, its application in data analysis and decision-making support did not demonstrate the same level of contribution to enhancing the competitive advantage of the startups under investigation.
